CIMET (also referred to as “we”), and not hipages, guarantees savings on your electricity costs. hipages will receive a financial incentive from CIMET for each customer that signs up through hipages energy.

You'll save 20% in your first 12 months, compared to your previous year's electricity costs (for customers with an annual electricity bill of $5,000 or less), or we'll make up the difference with gift cards to a maximum of $1,000 for each property you sign up. After your first 12 months, we'll continue to keep you on competitive plans.

We do not compare all brands in the market or all products offered by all brands. When we sign you up with an energy retailer under this arrangement, CIMET will receive a financial incentive from that retailer. CIMET provides switches from its approved provider list using CDR data via ‘Fiskil’ for residential and business customers, excluding those in Tasmania, Northern Territory, parts of Queensland (Ergon distribution area), or Western Australia.

This service is available to customers with an electricity arrangement from a retailer participating in the consumer data right (CDR) system with Fiskil. However, the CDR option is not available to customers who receive electricity through an embedded network.
